The factory is equipped with injection molding workshop, ultrasonic workshop, glass production workshop, chip workshop, hardware workshop, assembly workshop and other production departments.
1. The injection workshop has a maximum of 800 tons of injection molding machines and 7 injection molding machines. It can independently develop and produce injection molded lampshade with novel design. The lampshade types include ceiling lamp, chandelier, wall lamp and desk lamp accessories.
2. The hardware workshop has more than 20 sets of hardware machinery, which can produce and process various types of hardware accessories.
3. The ultrasonic workshop has more than 5 sets of ultrasonic equipment. The ultrasonic bonding technology is rarely used in the market to bond the gaps of injection molding parts, so that the injection parts can be seamlessly bonded without trace.
4. The SMT workshop has two SMT machines, which can mount the chip independently without external processing, so as to reduce the production loss and processing time.
5. Glass workshop, can have processing cutting, oil printing, baking curved lampshade.
6. Assembly workshop, self assembling products.
