Our company is a professional manufacturer of turbine blades. We provide all kinds of rotor blades, stator blades, gland casings, gland rings, guide plates of steam flows, aluminum fan blades of electric motors, and blades of fans. Our processing capacity is over 200,000 blades per year. We have supplied major combinations of rotor and stator blades and clapboards of 12/50/125/200MW machine sets to Harbin Steam Turbine Co., Ltd., Wuhan Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Jieneng Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. The product quality and delivery date are trusted by our clients.

Now our company has 230 staff members, including 20 professional & technical workers. Among them we have 8 senior engineers. Our company has 100 sets of blade fabrication plants and 20 sets of maintenance facilities. Among them, our company has more than 20 sets of large scale CNC machines, vertical lathes, boring lathes, milling machines and facilities of automatic welding. We also have inspection equipment of raw materials, magnetic particle inspection equipment of blades, frequency measurement equipment and all kinds of measure instruments.

Blade is critical component of steam turbine, and it is very difficult to process. Our company has supplied all kinds of refined swaging blades to Shanghai Jiyou Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Turbine Blade Co. Ltd for a long time. We have much experience on plate processing of blades. We give a big hand on hypobaric last three-grade plate processing of blades of 300MW/600MW large steam turbine generators. We can supply rotor blades with 800mm steam passage length. We also work together with international companies, such as GE, RL and DZ. Meanwhile, we supply all kinds of castings or welding gland casings, gland rings and guide plates of steam flows.
