We have 10 automatic production lines with a daily output of more than 30K pieces.
All our materials are subject to strict standards to ensure the quality of our backlight.
In order to control the quality, we even have three testing steps before and during production.
First of all, material testing, we will test the material before it enters our warehouse.
Secondly, LED detection is always strictly operated.
Finally, finished product testing is also important for quality control before shipment.
All of our backlights are certified by CE, ROHS and FCC.
So far, we have maintained the rate of adding 3 to 4 new projects a day, even though we already have about 3000 different types of LED backlights.
