Changzhou Baojie Motor Core Lamination Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003. Baojie has two plants, covering a total area of about 53000 square metres and a plant area of 30000 square metres. We specialize in manufacturing various kinds of motor cores, such as smart home appliance motor core, fan motor core, automobile motor core, new energy vehicle motor core, servo motor core, electric tool motor core, smart furniture motor core, etc. Our annual motor core output is around 32 million sets. Our company has a variety of advanced high-speed stamping machines, die casting machines, electrostatic spraying equipment and motor-core test devices. Advanced machines, as well as developed mould self-designing and developing technology, guarantee high-precise dies and high-quality products for customers.
We have passed ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management certification, and we also gained certifications such as National High-tech Enterprise, Scientific and Technological Small and Medium-sized Enterprise and Jiangsu Private Scientific and Technological Enterprise. We have more than 50 invention and utility model patents, and has independently developed automatic pressing, weighing and AI detection equipment for stamping production. Also the automation of die-casting process and Intelligent logistics of warehousing are incrementally realized.
Several systems are applied to support our lean production, including ERP, MES, IWMS, SPC, PDM, etc. Besides, to comply with the green factories concept, we built a 1000 KV solar power station to realize green production.
