Located at Xincang Town, close to Shanghai City and less than thirty kilometers away from Hu-Hang Expressway, Pinghu Fu Lihua Electrical Appliance Factory specializes in the production of mini-type power transformers, AC/DC converters (chargers), inductors and electronic circuits for electric car toys.
The electric appliances for vehicles are exported to Japan. Among them, FLH-20-1 power transformer has passed UL certification of the United States (certificate No.: E208214) and FLH41604adn 480608 chargers have passed CE testing certification of the EU. Our registered trademark is Fulihua.
Currently, our monthly production capacity is 100,000 to 150,000 pieces. Our products are manufactured in accordance with national standards (GB/T15290/94, GB13028-91, SJ3270-90 and UL1585 (1997.10.10)) and UL standards. Our products include active multimedia sound boxes, lamp apparatuses for export and children's electric motor fittings.
Our production equipment is as follows: digital control five head winding machines, hand power packing-wire winding machines, iron core filling-in machines and fitting impregnating and drying equipment; testing equipment is as follows: precision winding number admeasuring apparatuses, circle space shortcut testing apparatuses, digital comprehensive electrical voltage parameter admeasuring apparatuses, digital withstanding voltage testing apparatuses, inductance bridges, precision digital electric voltage current meters and45-120Hz digital variable frequency power supplies.
