Mark Sensing Shangha Thermal Paper Products Co Ltd was established in Janaury 1995. It began initially as a sales and distribuation facility for Mark Sensing's range of thermal products into the region, but was further thermal manufacturing facility, incorporating the latest in coating technology. This allowed Mark Sensing to produce a range of heat sensitive, direct thermal coatings, applied to many types of paper, board and film sustrates. The products for the market are used in such applications as; lottery tickets, stock contral labels, airline boarding passes, airline baggage tags, self-adhesive labels, venue, transit and wagering tickets. The facility has also foucused on developing a range of anti-forgery products for use in the cigarette, food and pharmaceutical industries. It has also developed a specialist product for the local and foreign lotteries that incorporates a concealed coloured stripe that can be thermally activated to verify the authenticity of the final products. In 2004 our commitment in China was further expanded with the introduction of a local research and development facility to ensure we meet the development needs not only of China, but also those of the export markets it supports, both now and in the future. we continuely improve our flexibility to meet the needs of our customers in a global market. Continual investment in the capacity of our facility will ensure that Mark Sensing offers our customers a quality product at a world competitive price. We are also establishing a number of strategic alliances with business partners aimed at further streamlining the total supply chain.
