MOCRE was founded in 2015 as a subsidiary of EGIG, which specializes in the construction of the coffee production chain. Our company mainly designs and manufactures a wide variety of coffee equipment, also trades coffee beans, runs the coffee roasting factory and cafe chain, and processes coffee drinks.

COFFEE BEANS TRADING
MOCRE supplies high-end specialty coffee green beans, single-origin coffee green beans, and seasonal and small coffee estate green coffee beans. Our philosophy is based on a long-standing direct partnership with farmers and producers to ensure the high quality and traceability of coffee, which subsequently improves the sustainability of production and the quality of life of the farmers. We believe that by paying a fair price to the farmer, we can form a sustainable relationship. Together with these farmers, we try to focus on their future as well as ours. So far, our coffee beans have been exported to South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.
COFFEE ROASTERY
Roast Factory is a specialty coffee roastery and it has passed the SC certificate standard. Since the roasting work is conducted in such a small area, we try to give our clients as much attention as needed. To do so, we made some choices to make sure we can deliver the highest quality possible, one of those choices is to focus on China only. Our roasting equipment and solution were provided by PROBAT(Germany).
CAFE CHAINS
Our Cafe is named "LAIVDA" (full name" VIVA LA VIDA"). The aroma of freshly roasted coffee is what our cafe is all about. As coffee product chain constructors, we strive to provide the freshest product possible using high-quality beans that our roastmasters prepare to perfection each day. LAVIDA Coffee doesn't just serve amazing coffee. We also offer freshly brewed hot teas and organic cold-pressed juices. Our bakery section sits right up front, offering in-house freshly made desserts and bread. We source local natural and organic ingredients for our breakfast and lunch menu and we consistently add new cuisine to the menu. The goal of each of our baristas and roasters is to give you the best cup of coffee you've ever had!

MOCRE has been exploring the needs of the coffee market, investigating coffee-drinking scenarios, and hoping to present more convenient coffee drinks or coffee food for coffee lovers. Thanks to the intensive R&D efforts by food scientists, baristas, and mechanical engineers, we have a market-leading freeze-dried powder production solution.
