Established in Dec. 2009, Rizhao Seven Star Auto Parts Co., Ltd. specializes in auto part design, R&D, production and marketing. We have the registered capital of RMB20 million. Our factory covers an area of 86,666 square meters. Our products mainly include steering knuckles, hinge shafts, drop spindles, pedal supports and air filters.
We now have over 260 employees, including over 40 professional engineers. Our factory is equipped with machining centers, CNC lathes, fiction presses, electric screw presses and other advanced equipment totaling 360 sets, 12 production steering knuckle production lines, 3 forging lines and 2 automatic heat treatment lines. With introducing more advanced equipment and technology, and improving production processes, we have an annual production capacity of 1 million pieces of steering knuckles. It puts us into the front rank of this industry.
We have CMM, Magnaflux Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Metalloscope, Carbon-Sulfur Analyzer, and other key testing equipment totaling 20 sets. We have obtained ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, SA8000:2001 certificates and 11 new applied patents, and we have been awarded with "Shandong Famous Brand Products", "Rizhao Engineering Laboratory", "Municipal Enterprise Technology Center" and "Enterprise with Standardization Good Behavior at AA Level".
