Dongguan Quke Intelligent Electronics Co., Ltd, a high-tech enterprise in Trendtek group focus on OEM/ODM manufacturing latest trending wireless earphones, smart bracelet device, wireless gaming accessories, mobile phone wireless accessories, intelligent household, etc. Our headquarter and sales centre is located in CBD area of Dongguan city.
With 13 years experience in R&D and manufacturing business, we expanded 2 factory parks for our continuing development, the total area is 6,000 square meters. Nowadays, more than 300 employees are working at this site. Our factory is fully equipped with advanced production machines and tools in departments like R&D, QA department, Final assembly line and packaging etc, all completed in our factory building.
R&D is one of our main departments, Our verteran R&D team members 100% has Bachelor degree and some has postgraduate education. We continue to introduce new products to meet the needs of the changing market. Moreover, we concern about the green environmental protection for the product development process.
To pursuit a better development outcomes, we use state-of-the-art advanced equipment and software. On the other hand, we have a professional engineering team to carry out research and development of different projects. Therefore, we constantly launch new products to meet the market demand.
We understand that quality is the most important of an enterprise. From the raw materials to entire production process, our QC department is fully control and inspect of our products to guarantee quality in line with international standards.Our QC under the assistance of the advanced equipment, processing the Insertion and Extraction force test, Life cycle test, Moisture analyzer, Insulation test and so on, to ensure that each of our products meet the quality requirement.
We have automatic production lines and manual-assembled production lines to satisfy the needs of different production processes. We are strictly executing on the assembly production procedures to ensure each production step is correct, which can guarantee the quality of products and specifications.
On the whole, automatic production is the major trend of the industry, our production are moving to semi-automation and even further to fully automation direction. Therefore, we will continue to invest huge resources to install the latest equipment and modernize production lines.
