At present, the production services we can provide are:
(1) Mold design: full computer mold and 3D engineering design. The company has a variety of fully functional design software and a number of professional designers.
(2) Mold making: The company's mold master is composed of people who have worked independently for more than 5 years. There are 5 mold masters, 10 technicians, 15 substitutes, etc. There are 36 people in total.
(3) Plastic molding: The company now has 20 sets of precision injection molding machines such as Haitian, and there are more than 100 employees in three shifts. The daily injection molding productivity can meet the requirements of customers.
(4) Quality Management: The company has a very complete QC/QA system and management to ensure high quality of all incoming materials, semi-finished products and finished products. There are 20 employees in three shifts.

We are a manufacturer with very complete equipment. First, we have an automated injection molding machine production line. Second, we also have our own mold room and support OEM and ODM customized services to better meet customer needs. Third, of course we also have our own assembly department and warehouse.
