Shelf is an important part of the display in shops or exhibitions. It is not only a tool to hold products but also an element to enhance product presentation. To meet different customers' needs, we have started our shelf factory several years ago. Our factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters and has three production lines. We have more than 100 employees who are well trained and experienced in their respective positions. Our factory is equipped with advanced machinery including laser cutting machines, CNC punching machines, bending machines, welding machines, powder-coating production line, etc. All of these machines are frequently maintained by our technicians to ensure high efficiency and accuracy.
We mainly produce metal shelves including display racks, supermarket shelves, storage racks, etc. We use high-quality steel materials such as cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy to guarantee the durability of our products. Moreover, we provide customized services for our clients to meet their specific requirements.
Our production process includes design, material selection, cutting, punching, bending, welding, polishing, powder coating, and packaging. The detailed steps are as follows:
Design: Our professional designers work closely with customers to develop the best design for their products. We use advanced software to create 2D and 3D models, which can be modified and adjusted according to customer feedback.
Material Selection: We purchase high-quality steel materials from reliable suppliers. All of the steel is inspected and tested to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Cutting: We use advanced laser cutting machines to cut steel sheets. The machine can cut steel sheets precisely according to the design.
Punching: After cutting, the steel sheets are sent to CNC punching machines to create holes or slots for assembly.
Bending: The punched steel sheets are then sent to bending machines to bend them into the required shape.
Welding: The bent steel parts are welded together by our skilled welders using TIG or MIG welding techniques.
Polishing: The welded shelves are then polished by our skilled workers to remove any burrs or sharp edges.
Powder Coating: The polished shelves are coated with powder paint by our automated powder coating line. This process ensures an even and durable finish.
Packaging: Finally, the finished shelves are packed properly and shipped to the customer.
