Motivated by developing a local high precision bicycle hub to better control the supply chain, H-Works was founded by several professional engineers who have been engaged in bicycle industry for more than 15 years. As hubs are the key components and rotation center of the bicycle wheels, with the whole production process controlled on hand, we have easier access to decide the design, select material, find the best machining solution and make surface perfection. Every process here is treated carefully and seriously in our 2000sq.m working plant.
From hub shell to axle as well as end caps, H-Works has been perusing the min tolerance, less friction, and perfect surface treatment. Our Planet Gear (PG) System achieves a tolerance less than 0.002mm, we made the best precise engagement for rotation.
Moreover, H-Works takes full tests for all machined parts under the motto: Zero Compromise on Quality.
