In addition, since its establishment in 2012, JKR has built its engineering platform JKR R&D, now the platform has grown to 80 staffs . The platform is not only enable JKR to offer PCBA OEM/ODM service. but also the ability to develop complete electronic products for Customers.
By the time we built factory. we applied smart factory concept all over the process by using Kingdee Data Control system and workshop MES management system. Now we have totally 13,9930 square feets smart production base to make fast response and delivery for productions.

The workshop is equipped with automatic printing machine, multi-function placement machine, fully computer-controlled reflow soldering, wave soldering, BGA rework station, intelligent first-piece tester, SPI solder paste detector, AOI automatic optical detector, 3D X-RAY detector , Fully automatic milling cutter splitter, fully automatic three-proof paint coating machine and other complete sets of advanced production and quality inspection equipment.
