Anqing Zhenfa Mechnical Tech. Co, LTD is locating in Economic & Technologic Developing Zone,Anqing, Anhui, China. Occupying 50 acres, Zhenfa provide global industrial enterprises with higher quality and lower cost of forging products. We offer deeply production and technology in shaft parts, fluid connectors, CNC tool handles and other products for 20 years.
Nowadays, we already possess the following main equipments: a H1200 Cross Wedging production line, two H1000 Cross Wedging production lines, a H630 Cross Wedging production line, a H800 Cross Wedging production line, an Isothermal Normalizing production line, 2 sets of Normalizing machine, two sets of Shot Blasting machine and full set of laboratories such like Carbon-sulfur analyzer, microcomputer high-speed analyzer, Brinell hardness meter, Morse hardness meter, ultrasonic detector on magnetic particle test, ultrasonic test, and physical and chemical test.
Nowadays we produce1.5 million pieces of axle blanks for 100 kinds annually which can be divided into three series, Automobile gearbox gear shaft, internal combustion engine camshaft and tube fitting flanges for fluid connectors.
We cooperate with Shanghai Automatic Corporation, Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Jianghuai Automobile Company, Chery Automobile Company and Getrag Group on vehicle gearbox wheel axle, cooperate with Jinguang Machinery Group Company which is the biggest enterprise in our country on camshafts, and export fluid connectors flanges for fluid connectors to America, Korea and many other international markets. We also gained the valuable appraisements from our foreign partners.
Zhenfa have passed the standard attestation of ISO9001 & IATF16949 International Quality System. Over the years we won the domestic and foreign merchants of outstanding suppliers, Quality Award and other honors. In 2010, we cooperated with Huzhenghuan academician team of the University of Science and Technology Beijing and established the first Academician workstation in Anqing. As one of nine Provincial Academician workstations, we further promote the co-operation between enterprises and Chinese Academy of Engineering Academicians.
