Dongguan Xinhongxin Footwear Co., Ltd. is a large-scale shoe manufacturing company specializing in independent research and development, production, and sales. Founded in September 2011, our company is located in Houjie Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, which is known as the world's footwear manufacturing center and headquarters base. We mainly produce shoes for international first-line brands such as the UK, Japan, Europe, and the United States. Our factory covers an area of approximately 10,000 square meters and has 5 modern molding production lines, 10 needle sewing production lines, and an annual output of more than 2 million pairs of finished shoes. Our products are sold in Europe, America, Asia-Pacific, and other regions.
To better integrate into the development trend of the global footwear industry, enhance our competitiveness in the international market, and actively adjust our industrial strategic layout, we established the Xinhongxin R&D Center near the Houjie International Exhibition Center in Dongguan in 2022, as well as the Hunan Xinhongde High-tech Technology Co., Ltd. in Xupu County, Hunan. We also formed a sister company with Vietnam's Fushun Footwear Co., Ltd.
The Xinhongxin R&D Center boasts a strong R&D team consisting of more than 80 professional and technical personnel. From design, development, business management, to sample production, we are meticulous in every step of the process, and we guarantee that each shoe model meets the customer's requirements. At the same time, we pay great attention to quality assurance and have a well-equipped laboratory with complete testing equipment.
Hunan Xinhongde High-tech Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Shupu Industrial Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 40,000 square meters. We have 6 molding production lines, 16 needle sewing production lines, and have introduced well-known machine equipment from Italy and Taiwan. We also have supporting workshops for embroidery, high-frequency printing, RB/MD, bottom combination, and can accommodate approximately 2,000 production workers. Our annual production of finished shoes is over 3 million pairs.
