The company decide to set up Heyuan Rich Co.,Ltd in 2018 for business development. The new base is located in Sanjiao Town,Lianping Town, Heyuan City, with over 50,000 square meters.
Rich is specialized for metal lids for candle jars, the company existing 180 employees, owns comprehensive production processes from product designing, high-speed punching, one-stop surface finishing to finished product. Rich has a decade's experience in every single step in production, meanwhile this process is automatic with a daily capacity of 500k pieces.
Rich have five different surface finish production lines.
For surface finishing, Rich focuses on UV plating, also can provide different types of surface finishing solution. Including: Nickel Plating, Chrome Plating, Powder Spraying, Electrophoresis, Water transfer Printing which can satisfy customers' different requirements on product.
For Silicone Gluing & Packaging, Rich has developed the very first automatic process from dispensing, silicone gluing, to packaging, which reduces the dependency of labor as well as increases capacity, furtherly provides more value to our customers.
