Yuelong Technology Co. Ltd. which established in 1989 is a high-tech enterprise devoted to design, engineering, manufacture, project management, installation aftercare service to customer requirements.
Yuelong Brand is awarded as "China Famous Brand" and "Shandong Well-known Brand ". The company is certified to ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSMS18001, APIQ1, API7K, API16C, API17K, as well as assessment of factory, Products Design Approval (PDA), and type approvals from DNV, ABS, CCS, BV.
We pride ourselves awarded with 2014 National Science and Technology Progress Special Award. We are patented with 16 invention 16 patents, 21 utility models patents, 3 appearance patents, and granted with 5 Provincial awards for scientific and technological advancement.
We are "top ten national hose manufacturer" and "National SMS Technology Based manufacturer". We built up "Oceanographic Engineering Flexible pipe Technical Center", Shandong Provincial "Ocean Equipment Flexible pipe Engineering Technology Research Center", Provincial "Ocean Equipment Flexible pipe Industry design Center", Provincial "Ocean Equipment Flexible pipe Engineering Laboratory" approved by the Petroleum and Petrochemical Society. We chaired and participated in drafting 4 national standards and 7 industrial standards. Subsidiary Techfluid is member of America API Petroleum Association Standard Committee and participate in API 7K and API 17K standard revision work.

Quality Control
The company has a professional test center and precise quality control process to control quality of each progress strictly for reliable quality. Our inspection center equipped with more than 30 testing equipment including API 7K hose FSL2 impulse testing rig, full Omega dynamic impulse test bench, API 17B dynamic fatigue testing rig, testing rig for overall performance of large-diameter high-pressure hose , different fire-proof testing rigs according to ISO15541 and API 16C, full-scale gas decompression testing chamber, industrial endoscope, tension/elongation/adhesion testing machine, pressure testing system up to 400Mpa for high pressure testing, rubber vulcanizer, ozone resistance testing chamber, -60C ultralow temperature testing chamber, low temperature impacting testing machine, -40degrees Celsiustesting room, cleanliness inspection/analysis instruments, and etc.
Production Capacity
The company is equipped with more than 50 advanced production equipments such as rubber intelligent mixing system, 24-station intelligent batching system, automatic hose production line, large-length hose winding machine, high-speed braiding lines and CNC machining center, etc.
