Yiyuan Hong mainly customizes the development, design, and production of silicone parts according to customer requirements. OEM and ODM Orders Welcomed
We provide 3D drawings designed according to customer requirements and use professional design and development software like UG, PRO-E, and MAXCAM that would be completed in three to five days. We independently own two data processing centers (CNC) and one set of EDM machines. All above are fully automated processing molds that would be completed in five to seven days. Our die quality control 2.5D measuring instruments for the accuracy of the tool, mold detection 0.001mm accuracy of the percentile, micrometer detection machining center alignment accuracy.
Strict Quality System
We have 12 full-time QC staff and two IPQC inspection staff. In 2022, our customer complaint rate was only 0.1%. We have 12 sets of solid silicone molding machines and one set of LSR liquid silicone molding machines, and the average daily throughput is about one ton of silicone materials. Our lead time is five to seven days after the order confirmed.
