Baozhaolai Metal Manufactory (Huizhou) Co., Ltd is one of the biggest Christmas tree factories in China, established in 2003, located in Huizhou City Guangdong Province. It covers an area of 25000 square meters.
Baozhaolai specializes in the production of artificial Christmas Trees, Garlands, Wreaths and other decorated ornaments like Easter Eggs. We have a professional research and design team and an experienced production team, which can customize products according to different customers, with an annual production capacity of more than 2500 standard containers (40'STD). For 20 years of development, our products have novel styles and complete varieties, and are exported to most important countries (such as U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, UK, Germany, Japan, South Korea and Australia). The company has won a good reputation in the market with high-quality products and satisfactory service.
By 2023, the annual sales reached US $28 million, in the forefront of the industry.
IIn order to meet production needs, we have established a complete material supply chain (such as Hardware, PVC film, Needles/Cashmere, PE Injection Molding, and Packaging materials), achieving 100% self-sufficiency in the main raw materials. At the same time, we provide high-quality production materials to dozens of factories in the same industry every year. At present, the factory has equipped with over 300 production machines, achieving full automation of processes such as leaf pulling, leaf cutting, and leaf binding, greatly improving production efficiency.
To meet production needs, Longhui Jialin Crafts Co., Ltd., as a new production base, has been put into production in Hunan Province in 2021, covering an area of 30000 square meters and employing 800 employees.
To comply with industrial transfer, Baozhaolai has taken the lead by establishing a new production base BAO YI LAI Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd in Cambodia in 2023, further expanding its scale and production capacity, to achieve annual sales of $50 million by 2025.
