In WeldNice, gear and shaft transmission device(cycloidal pinwheel and multi-stage gear) is used in the transmission system. WeldNice chooses 45# steel material(high strength steel) to make the gears and shafts, both of which are processed with quenching and surface hardening techniques. Some key components are even produced with specialist steel products such as 35CrMo and 40Cr. This transmission structure is more reasonable and reliable, with higher transmission precision and longer service life of the rotator.
WeldNice has self-acquired land of over 5000 square feet and a mature pre-sales, production and after-sales system, producing affordable quality products for customer from vessel, welding and cutting industry.
